Can a basement bedroom be legal?
Yes, with the right egress window or door, ceiling height and smoke protection. We plan for that from the start and pull the permit.
Can you finish a basement with a dirt floor?
Yes. We can dig out, prep and pour a new concrete slab first. We've done it in older Denver homes.
Do you build wine cellars?
Yes. We've built custom wine rooms with wood shelving, wine racks and stone-topped counters.
